The Grounds Committee (referred to as TGC) has been developed for educational purposes only, to provide awareness of potential conditions you will experience in your career. The material comes from a three-man team with combined turfgrass management experience of over 65 years, including years performed as superintendents in sports and golf course turf, as well as in the head equipment technician position. Our experience has come through years of service at leading state- and internationally-ranked turfgrass facilities. Our aim is to enlighten those pursuing careers in turf, by providing successful career insights we have gained through our own personal backgrounds. We also include advising from other members of the turfgrass industry, from our professional networks. We will always strive to bring in the highest quality of information.
