TGC PROGRAM
The Grounds Committee Program encompasses three main courses, outlined below, designed to sequentially support you over multiple years of your career, as an on-demand base for career coaching. You have the option to purchase the entire program, or take it one step at a time, stage by stage, entering or stopping at any point.

TGC is confident this information will help you frame your vision of the industry properly, give you ample insights on the turfgrass operation and it's inner workings, and will help you stay confident and effective as you reach higher-levels of management within the industry.

All programs are offered as two-year access plans, to give you the most up-to-date and peer reviewed insights possible. We keep an open ear to all feedback and new ideas for additions to our courses.
Blue Course
The Blue Course represents the blue collar side of the initial stages of your career. Information here starts you on the right foot, and makes you aware of what goes into a successful operation and career.

The White Course moves into supervisory and white collar responsibilities in the office and on the grounds, as day-to-day operations require planning, personnel management, and financial forecasting.
